Ndziba Brits Attorneys, Notaries & Conveyancers is a young up and coming law firm based in the heart of Northcliff, Johannesburg. Ndziba Brits Attorneys is the brain child of Zinzile Ndziba and Angelena Brits and was founded in 2022. Although newly established, the professionals and staff are trained to provide exceptional legal advice and provide quality service to our clients.

Meet The Team
Zinzile Ndziba received her Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Witwatersrand in 2015. Prior to enrolling for articles of clerkship, she was employed at the office of the Department of Mineral Resources, legal directorate. She commenced her articles of clerkship with Brits Muller Attorneys in 2018, she was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court on the 2nd of September 2021.
Subsequent to completion of her articles, she was retained by Brits Muller Attorneys as a Professional Assistant/Attorney. She was exposed to administration and winding-up of deceased estates and various expects of conveyancing and gained extensive experience in, inter alia, agreement of sale for immovable property, transfer of immovable property, sectional property development, registration of bonds, consolidation of property, etc. Her experience in conveyancing, amongst other things, has taught her the importance of putting clients first in order to understand their needs, and combining this with her determination to apply her legal expertise to achieve the best possible outcome.
Angela Brits – B. Proc, LLB (Attorney, Notary & Conveyancer) obtained the degrees B. Proc (1996) & LL. B (1999) from the University of Johannesburg, and was admitted as an Attorney on 19 January 1999, as a Conveyancer on 2 September 2003 and as a Notary in December 2010.
After completion of her articles, she joined the firm Van Zyl Roos Attorneys & Conveyancers as a Professional Assistant. During her employ at Van Zyl Roos, she gained experience in High Court and Magistrates Court Litigation, Sequestrations, Liquidations, Divorces, Labour matters, Criminal matters as well as Conveyancing (Transfers, Bond Registrations for Nedbank and Standard Bank). Angela prides herself on dealing with matters personally for clients as opposed to merely overseeing them while having the process taken care of by an assistant or a clerk. She has an open communication policy with clients and welcomes feed-back to help unlock the wealth of experience and expertise available to them, on all matters in the decision making and execution process.
